Houston Water Heaters is amazing!!! Please go with this company if you're needing a new water heater. They'll give you the exact price over the phone so you don't ever get any surprises later on - everything is included with the price so you're not getting stuck with added fees when they come to install it. Installation was quick, seamless and really well done. Afterwards, they walked me through how to take care of it and what to expect if the water alarm goes off. Really happy that I went with them and will recommend them to everyone I know! Thanks again!
Steve was awesome in explaining everything to me. The plumbers showed up and got everything done in 1.5 hours. The pricing was the best I've found after getting 4 quotes. 700 dollars cheaper than a comparable system from Home Depot.
Absolutely the BEST! I had a prior commercial experience with Steve, so knew I could trust him with my home. He took EXCELLENT care of me! Anton and Carlos both SO PROFESSIONAL and knowledgeable. Respected my home, answered questions...just wonderful! I am not a fan of Rheem..but so glad it was these guys putting it in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND:-)
