Our tankless water heater died and we called Fast Water Heater for a new one. George B was our tech and he was amazing! He was so great about explaining all of our options and helping us get the best price for the unit. When he came to do the installation he was very professional and did exceptional work. My husband is very particular about work that is done in our house and was very impressed with George's work. Thank you Fast Water Heater and George B!!

I strongly recommend this company and especially George Bourke who came fix a problem with passing a Berkeley Inspection. The work was done at no additional cost. They stand by their work! Could not be more satisfied with "T" from Fast Water Heaters. His customer service is first class. After requesting a quote on Home depot website I got a response in less than 10 min. I answered a few questions, about the issues with my water heater I got a quote and scheduled a repair Next Day. T was very nice and profesional, he fixed my water heater in less than 2 hours.

I was two days away from leaving on a road trip into the Mojave Desert. While prepping food I noticed we had no hot water. Not great timing for a major appliance to fail! I went to my PC and searched Google maps for plumbers and specialty water heater companies. Fast Water Heater Co. had an office nearby and really stellar reviews. I called and phone was answered quickly which is a good sign when you are in a time crunch. Customer service rep at the central number was blunt in that given my unit was almost 10 years old they won't even try to fix it. I had heard the same from a different service company two years prior when my unit started losing efficiency. Over the phone the best quote I could get was a range and it sounded about right considering what the last one cost a decade ago. They could install the unit the next morning. Today the tech called at 9:30am to let me know they were enroute. I got a firm price when they arrived and an explanation of the charges. Unit was installed in about 90 minutes. Looks like they did a first class job . Shout out to T and his helper, quick clean and efficient!
