Graef Plumbing

A Graef Plumbing truck was driving northbound towards Austin on I-35 at 615a this morning. The traffic was flowing at a good speed, but there was a slowdown ahead. I and other drivers began to slow but the driver was on his phone and didn't see it coming. Once he looked up, he slammed on the breaks. He realized he was going too fast and was about to rearend the car ahead of him, so he hard right jumped into the next lane (my lane) and nearly caused me to wreck. He also nearly side swipped an 18-wheeler. Do not trust a company who doesn't operate with safety in mind at all times.

Fast, professional service at a reasonable price. Graef Plumbing came in and corrected issues from a previous plumber's job while working on another issue. Everything was completed in a timely manner. I was contacted personally by the owner to insure everything was done to my satisfaction both during and after the job. I would highly recommend them!

They quoted me for a job to put two clean outs and replace some plumbing. I agreed with the price and scheduled the job; however they never showed up on the day we agreed on. I followed up with them and rescheduled again, and once again they did not show up. This happened two or three more times and they never came to perform the service. Really bad communication from them, they should have just told me they could not do the job instead of having me waiting.
