Recently had Arnold Moos and their team install 2 new XV18 variable systems, Wow what a difference those systems made in our comfort levels. We Love it. I called Arnold Moos asking to have my water heater worked on and replaced. When the service techs arrived they addressed the problem immediately and replaced the old model with a newer upgraded model within a couple hours. I am very pleased and also asked for a regular maintenance service plan. Both service techs were attentive and courteous. Alex
