We called Ace and they were professional. They had nice equipment and, the guy who pumped the tanks at our business in Cypress area and did a line inspection for a collapsed field pipe and didn't charge us. We will use again!

I wish I could leave it a 0 stars. I originally called this company to have waste removed from our septic tank. A completely different company came and when I called Ace back, the person behind the phone was extremely rude and asked me the drivers name. When I told him he said, that's not our driver. When I tried to explain I called them and they must of outsourced he just yelled, that's not a name of our driver and hung up on me. The company they sent it Anytime Solutions and the card they give me goes straight to a voicemail too. I read the negative reviews before calling but decided to try them. PLEASE DO NOT TRY. THEY ACT NICE IN THE BEGINING BUT JUST AS OTHER REVIEWS SAY, END UP REAL RUDE AND HANG UP ON YOU. I TRIED TO CALL BACK AND HE KEEPS SENDING ME TO HIS VOICEMAIL. **UPDATE** I found out they asked Anytime Septic Solutions to take care of us because their trucks were down. Anytime Solutions is 100% better. Rebecca took care of me and their driver is VERY knowledgeable. Try them instead!

called for a quote and instead of providing guidance or letting me know what I had to do to get a quote he was rude saying that if I didn't know exactly what was wrong with my system then he couldn't help me and then hanged up on me not even two minutes long!!! I understand the demand must be high but the customer service should be nice regardless. These are potential new customers. I wonder who they are actually nice to...... Maybe hire more employees that can answer questions and provide guidance

This company did illegal work and screwed us out of 4000 dollars. We had to call ADS septic to repair their screw up and were informed they never should have done that as it's illegal to work on a county sewage line.
