Rural Septic Service And Drain Cleaning

Had to have our septic tank emergency pumped and they were able to come out the same day. The owner was very nice when talking with him, and the pricing was fair. The operator Jimmy was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use them again when we need our tank emptied.

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Excellent customer service and very down to earth staff. Definitely will be the one and only I call for future septic services.

Called to make an appoinment for a septic inspection, and received a quote and a date from a very helpful employee. Called back to verify everything the day of and the owner answered the phone. He proceeded to tell me he wasnt sure if he could even do the inspection, and also changed prices that were agreed to last week. The owner also was rude, and talked disrepectfully during the entire conversation. Wont be calling them again!!

Prompt reply and serviced within an hour. Professional, personable, and took time to answery all my questions. Beat competitor's price. Will use Rural Septic Service again in the future.

Owner changes pricing, rude on the phone, and doesn't know much about septic location ????. The other employees where fine.
