Good people. Recommend them 5 stars
Used to be very good. Old owner retired and sold the company. The new owner would get a zero star if it was possible. The unit that was put in wasn't for a house but was for a mobile home. Then the tech. That installed dug a 4 foot hole in the yard to install the outside units. was asked to move the units and refill the whole they refused to. The surrounding dirt started to cave in on units. Had to pay someone else to complete this. The unit didn't last long because it wasn't designed for a house. Now I am buying another. I would recommend any any other company than this one. Save your money and headache.
Purchased a home system from them and every year the same part breaks and is about $600 even though they tell me it is covered under warranty.
I've used Total Temperature, 3 times now . Over the past 3 years . Each time , they are fast , and very reliable . I love the techs , always kind and helpful . I'm so glad to have them ! It's always scarey to call for help with HAVC PROBLEMS . No fear with this company . Thank you so much , from a senior citizen !
