I had a plumbing related issue that was caused by the builder, nail holes in a drain pipe. The home was only 2 years old. The Pipe Dr. Not only fixed the problem but were in constant communication with me and the builder to get the work scheduled to have the drywall repaired. Their work was of excellent quality and they cleaned up after themselves. The made sure to explain to me what the issue was and what they were going to do to fit it. I’d highly recommend their services and will call on them again if I ever need it.
They were recommended to me by a person who does a lot of remodeling and construction, so I contacted them around the holidays to see if they could come out to give me a quote. Since it was the end of the year, they said it would be a while, which I understood- so a week to 10 days later, he showed up. I told him several times that I would like a quote on different projects and that I would like them listed separately so I can determine which items I want them to do, and which ones that I would be willing to do myself (depending on the price). He told me that he understood, and that it was not a problem. After several weeks of ME contacting THEM and asking for my quote, they told me that a guy would call me the next day with the numbers. He didn't. Then I called them AGAIN, and they agreed to email it to me. When I finally got the quote (near 3 weeks from the day the guy came out) it was a large amount, and wasn't itemized so that I could make sense of it- which is the very thing I asked for several times. After this, I wrote an email to one of the "big dogs" and told him that I was disappointed that it took so long of me having to constantly ask them for the price...and when I finally get it- it is nothing like what I asked for. After another 3 days, having received no response- I emailed him again and told him that he should have at least acknowledged me, and that I will recommend that people not used him based on the above scenario. I have still not heard anything from him, so...that is what you can expect from them. Good luck to you if you still wish to proceed.
Horrible customer service! I would never use them again in a million years. RUN!
