Kyle was fantastic! He came to our home very quickly and worked very diligently to locate our problem! He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Yucky Ducky was extremely knowledgeable and worked quickly to solve my problem. I thought I'd have a slow drain that backed up into the floor forever, but the rep gave me a treatment of the issue as well as tips on preventing it in the future. Thanks so much!
