Excellent company - recommend! Stephanie, in the office, was efficient, friendly and professional. Nate, our service technician, was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Our upstairs air conditioning stopped working late one afternoon (on a 90+F day). Within 1 hour Nate was at our house repairing the unit - excellent response time!! It was much appreciated! Wanted to thank the team at Deans Plumbing and Heating who made my install of new smart thermostat from beginning to end seamless ( and especially since I am out of state). From Danielle and Casey in Customer Service, Nathan a GREAT install job ( walked me through operations over the phone) and finally Tim getting it billed all in one day!! Great job guys. After being without heat over one of the hottest weekends in years, I can now say there was a silver lining being able to do business with Deans! The owners are amazing, the technicians are knowledgeable, and the Trane unit without a doubt was a wise investment. If you want personable and professional service with top of the line products call Deans. Before I forget, please ask about the custom filters!!!!
