Great service. Came the same day my septic tank overflowed. Very good customer service. Great price.

I’ve used Elitte for years. They are fantastic. They treat me like a friend they truly care about. They always come out the same day any time I have an issue or concern. They helped me manage and nurse an old system for several years until I could afford to install a much-needed new one. They installed a brilliant new system and were very competitively priced. They have taken such good care of my needs and are 100% reliable. I’ve recommended them to friends and neighbors who have also been impressed and satisfied.

Outstanding service!!!! These people go out of their way to get the job done. I was told by another company that they needed special equipment to find my tank since the home is older, yet Mr Drew did not give up and found it without any special tools. You have my business from here on. ????????

Had both of my toilets backed up yesterday, so I called around to find someone quickly who could take care of this emergency like I need this fixed right now! Elite septic are exceptional, very professional, helpful and courteous! Austin from customer service took my initial call, called me back within 20 minutes to squeeze me in and they came and took care of my septic tank within the hour.! They are very helpful and nice and answered some questions and concerns I had about our septic tank. I was not only relieved to get it done so fast, since other companies where going to make me wait til Monday or Tuesday due to snowy weather there was a wait. Also the rate for cleaning my septic tank was very reasonable. I highly recommend them and appreciate their service! Will be using them from now on. They are upfront with you concerning the cost, so I really don’t understand why there was a negative comment made. Great service!!

Learn your lessons the hard way. If they come out to your property and can't do the work, you get hammered with a $125 charge that DOESN'T apply to the work they would do. My understanding was that if they had to dig deeper than 2 ft, there would be an extra charge, and I had no problem with that. But I was NOT expecting them to show up and be unprepared to do the work but STILL charge me. They are VERY misleading. Lessons learned and I will NEVER use this company again. Make sure you know what you need before you call a septic company. This is BS!
