Had a pipe crack over night. Called Martin Plumbing in the morning once I figured out what had happened. They were at my house within twenty minutes! Frank and Josh were extremely knowledgeable and honest about the work that needed to be perform. They took the time to explain what had happened and what needed to be done in order to fix it. I am extremely happy and will use them again if needed. Also, the work was fairly priced. Overall I am extremely happy with their service.
We had a new water line installed and were extremely satisfied with the work performed by Frank and Josh, Both were very professional and respectful. Installation of the new water line was over 100 ft. and the time without water service was less than 2 hours. Excellent job on replacing dirt and overall clean-up before leaving job. "Thanks for a job well done"
Very professional and prompt service. The plumbers answered all of our questions, explained the problems, and provided the necessary work to resolve our plumbing issue. They also advised things to do to prevent any similar issues in the future. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs we might have. Thank you again very much.
Extremely costly. After having used them a couple of times, they recommended the installation of a couple of items that were not really necessary. Gave us a couple of cost estimates. On one, I called two other plumbing companies and their cost was roughly 1/3. On the other, I remembered installing something similar when I lived in AZ for, again, about 1/3 the cost. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY’S ESTIMATES! They are, without question, extremely high.
We purchased a Rheem water heater with installation from them. The water heater when it set to factory settings trips the breaker. We even had the breaker replaced and it still is doing it. We believe either it was installed incorrectly or the heater is faulty. We called the Martin Plumbing and they said we would have to call Rheem. We are concerned it may burn down our house, which we told them. Poor! Buyer be aware!
