My husband and I cannot begin to express how pleased we are with the work we had done by Mr. Bryan and his crew at The Plumbing Authority! Being new to Knoxville and first time home owners, we were very overwhelmed with choosing the right company to fix our main water line running from the meter to our home along with the main pipe in our basement needing replacement. After meeting with Mr. Bryan, we felt assured that this was the right company for us and wow! We were so right! They were very thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done and kept us up to date during the whole process which only took 2 days!! They were all incredibly polite, very conscious in regards to respecting our home, went ABOVE AND BEYOND in regards to replacing pipes the right way and taking the initiative to fix things beyond the scope of what we discussed. We cannot say enough great things about this company. If you're on the hunt for a great company of certified and master certified plumbers, your search is over, because these are your people! You cannot expect the plumber that gives you the cheapest estimate to do the best and most thorough work so before you get shocked by the price tag, remember that you're paying for experts that will go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right.

The repair was at my sisters place. I am responsible for her. She is mentally ill. She was so blessed at the repairman kindness .I was impressed at his skill and cleanliness. My sister said the things he said to her changed her outlook on life! Wow plumbing and ministery all in one price!! Thank you! I will call again!

Every time I've had work done they have been great. Today it was Bryan and Steven - did an excellent job.

Rick came by and replaced an outdated, leaky sink faucet, as well as a warped tube behind and attached to the bathtub faucet. He was very thorough, and professional. It was evident he takes great pride in his work. We are very pleased, and recommend Rick/The Plumbing Authority.
