Prompt, efficient, honest, reasonable prices, and always, always remedies whatever the plumbing problem. In the 16 years he has been fixing my plumbing problems, I have never had an issue any repair. He knows how to fix things right.

Called Randy and told him about the problem (builder installed a 2nd T&P valve on top of my water Heater instead of an expansion tank). I sent him photos and he came the same day. Was super friendly and he even gave me a quote for some other work in our kitchen. Glad I called him, I thought about doing it myself but after watching him I realized I did the right thing. Would recommend.

Yesterday my bathroom cold water shower faucet stopped working so I called Randy Blackburn Plumbing & Drain here in town. From my description of the problem, Randy thought the faucet might be stripped and offered to come out and give me an estimate on what needed to be done. He arrived at my house within 2 hours and had my faucet working 10 minutes later! Apparently, all that was wrong were a couple of allen screws loose inside the faucet. To my surprise, he didn't charge me anything... not even for the trip to my house. Randy is a very professional courteous person who knows his business. I highly recommend his services!!!

He is nice and a great plumber, if you don't get his brother sent out to you and you can get passed the lady on the phone.

Randy did a great job. He gave me an approximate price over the phone to clean out my kitchen drain. The main pipe in the basement was plugged up after 20 + years. He cleaned it out and made sure it was good and cleaned out. He had to put in a clean out pipe. No hidden charges. Everything was written out on the bill. He was here about an hour and a half. He fixed two leaks too. He cleaned up the area around the sink before he left. The sink is working great. No leaks and not plugged up.
