DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They are an absolutely dishonest disreputable scam operation. Unfortunately, I didn't look here before trusting Sears Home Warranty when they scheduled this company. My experience was just like others posted here. The guy showed up, was nice enough, and collected our deductible. He tried to assess the problem but of course our washing machine didn't get stuck mid-cycle and throw an error code while he was there watching it, like it had the previous day. He told us to watch it, take pictures if it happened again, and call them back. The next day it malfunctioned again, so we videoed it and left it displaying the error code. I called Rise to have their repairman return. The woman who answers the phone flat out lied to me and said their technician would be coming back the next day between 1 and 5. When he didn't show, and Rise wouldn't answer, we called Sears who told us Rise filed paperwork with them that the problem was fixed.
Thank you Rise Home Services for your outstanding service! A special thank you to service tech Keith and co-worker ( sorry, cant remember your name) but I remember you both for your professionalism and kindness. My refrigerator is working great!!!!!!
Same problem as others posted.. HMS warranty Company sent Rise out. Part was ordered. 3weeks with no follow up. No answering service so had difficulty contacting them. Tracking said they had the part. I, too, am convinced they just diagnose and take that payment. 7 hours of phone time with home warranty I did get to talk with a supervisor who credited back my deductible and I had to call another service company who had the common part on hand and came out the next day. Do not use this company!
This company is the pits!! DO NOT USE!! My warranty company used them. They came out and took my deductible and never turned in the report to the warranty co. The warranty company reassigned my job to another service provider after calling them for a week. They are liars
Terrible customer service lady that answered the phone put my father on hold twice and never got back with him. Now they won’t even Answer the phone
