I am very pleased with the folks at A1 certified. Both the ladies in the office were very courteous and knowledgeable and gave me a very competitive quote. The next day the installers came and spent most of the day installing the unit in my attic where the temperatures reached 104 degrees. They worked hard, but were very professional. Better checkup consumed four pages of items. It has been two days since the installation and the unit has performed flawlessly! I recommend A1 certified to anyone!

A1 did a great job installing our new system including ducting even staying till past midnight so we had heat over a very cold weekend. Their service techs have been knowledgeable and courteous. They really care that the system is running correctly. I highly recommend them.

This company has the Best service I had a problem with my air-conditioning and heating unit so I called the company and they tried to help me as best as they could through the telephone and sent someone out without question and they did it in a timely manner. I’ve had people come in the past and been disappointed at their lack of work and personality. Not so in this case A1 C and out a young man, Who was not only respectable but was friendly and had a great personality. If I ever have any issues that is definitely the young man that I want to come back to do my work. And if you need work done by them ,ask for the guy Matt you won’t be sorry.

Great customer service. Knowledgeable service technician. Speedy service and repairs. My hvac system went down unexpectedly and A1 was great about getting the problem diagnosed quickly and getting it repaired in a timely manner. I would highly recommend if you need any heat/air service you give A1 a call.

My first experience was a great customer experience. My system is a newer electric and gas dual zoned system that was not operating efficiently so I called the manufacturer and distributor to locate a service company that was knowledgeable with my system type. I was referred to A-1 Certified Service and what a blessing. Josh and Matt arrived on time, listened to my concerns and were extremely knowledgeable with my system type, which is exactly what I was looking for. They were both professional, thorough and really cared. They also offered some suggestions to enhance the system efficiency and introduced me to their “Planned Maintenance Club” which is a proactive preventative plan that helps maintain and protect the system for optimal operation. My experience with Josh, Matt and A-1 Certified deserves 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I’m so glad I found these guys as my new service provider!
