Ray is on-time, skilled, and very honest, in my experience. He works hard and does a good job.
I called for a 2nd opinion. Ray came out, checked things, fixed a few things, and told us there was nothing as wrong as what the first opinion told us. Recommended a few fixes, we could do ourselves. Great service, honest person, he COULD HAVE been like the last people and said it would be many hours of work and hundreds of dollars. I'm thankful he was an honest working individual, we have already recommended him to another. And it will call him again, when the need arises.
