DO NOT USE! We have a dog that barked at the plumber from behind a close door - on a separate level of the house entirely from where the work was supposed to be done. The plumber heard the barking and proceeded to curse at me, my wife, my 2 year old daughter and my 8 month old daughter. He then went out in our front yard, sat down and smoked at least 10 cigarettes before I went out to ask him if he would be coming back inside to fix our issue. He cursed at me again and told me he was afraid of dogs - even though the dog was on the 2nd floor of the house, locked up. This man was unhinged and I noticed something was off with him psychologically. I was literally in fear for me and my family's life because it looked like he was debating whether or not to pull a gun from his van. I kept seeing him reach in his van and then at the last second decide not to grab it. I had to ask him repeatedly to leave my property and told him I was going to have to call the police if he didn't. If this company reads my review - you know who I am talking about. Please get this man the help he needs for his instability. It's people like this that make the world a very scary place.
Very attentive and punctual. Friendly staff as well. I would highly recommend this company to any and everyone! Thank you hers and his for all your hard work!!!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! This vendor is the preferred vendor from my First American Home Warranty. I was nervous about the negative reviews, but after dealing with them first hand, they were GREAT!!! Michelle with Hers & His plumbing was very friendly & extremely knowledgeable, fixed everything right on the spot within minutes! I do not have anything negative to say.
Super friendly technician. Was very helpful in troubleshooting our issues. Would definitely use them again!
I only wish there was a lower score to give these scam artists! First off we had an appointment to meat from 2-5pm, my wife told her work she would come in late to meet them, at 6 she had to leave and they told us the plumber was still on the way, I had to have my parents house sit to meet him. He showed up staggering around like he was on something, slurring and didn't even look at the water heater that he was there to replace. He told them he needed to replace all the pipes and valves in the entire house, despite me living in the house for less than 3 months. I told the woman on the phone we didn't want the $700 worth of unnecessary changes that weren't covered by American Home Shield and she told me the plumber said I need those changes to put it up to code (it doesn't) when I mentioned that I bought the house less than 3 months ago that it was inspected twice and is 100% up to code she told me "then I should just get a different plumber!"; very unprofessional and rude!
