Pipe Master owner James is 100% customer focused. I have used him for two key jobs. All outstanding work. Quality and timely. I like his discussing his assessment of what needs to be done and the alternatives or options. Works efficiently. Cleans up after work including haul away office old items. Each time he called me about 5 days after installation and asked if all was ok.

Pipe Master offers awesome service and the best prices I could find around town. James was here earlier than our appointment was scheduled, which was a plus! He got us fixed and taken care of in less than an hour! You can't ask for better people, what a great family owned business. I will only deal with Pipe Master from now on! Highly recommend! James was so great to work with. He was very professional, thoroughly explained everything he was going to do, gave me a fair estimate for the job and completed the job within the estimate cost. He called when he was on the way, arrived on time, explained when he needed to leave, and wrapped up in the afternoon. He also made me aware of an issue in my crawl space that I wasn’t aware of so I can address it. I would definitely call again when I need plumbing services.

They were great! We had a leak and being first time homeowners we had no idea what to do. My husband got in touch with them and they came out to look really fast! They were super helpful, got the job done fast, and are very nice people. I highly recommend them!

While remodeling our bathrooms, we ran into a few plumbing snags. Our contractor recommended James and we are pleased that he did! James came out and was prompt, happy and affordable. James even helped out with a few questions & minor adjustments on the remodeling at no extra charge. He radiates kindness and that is a not something you find every day.
