I had trouble finding thorough reviews for a local hvac service company in Lafayette, so I hope this helps someone looking for service/repair. I called Bransford yesterday morning (5/21/18) to inspect and repair my a/c unit. They were able to come the same day, and as requested, called over an hour ahead of time so I could leave work in Gallatin to meet them. Darrell (sp?) showed up on time and after asking what my unit was doing he immediately began troubleshooting. These guys were professional, respectful, and knowledgeable of the equipment they service. They were efficient as well, and did not waste a second on the job. I highly recommend them for anyone in the area looking for service. My dogs and I appreciate the service!
