Brenden your tech is very good. He replaced a mixing valve 2 months ago and I asked for him to service my unit today. The work he did was great and still holding as it should. He gives detail to his job that I require from people. He is a great person and tech. He is the kind of worker everyone should be. Thanks Robert for such a good company. Larry

I decided to call on Mid State Heating and Air mostly due to all of the high ratings that I had seen for them on Angie's List, Google, and Yelp. This process started off with a repair on our 12 year old Rheem unit. The technician that came out from Mid-State was very professional and gave me a list of options on how to address the issues that we were having. We choose an option that was affordable and one that I was hoping would last us through the summer. Well about three weeks ago my luck ran out. My wife called me at work and said that I was about to come home to a house that was 78 degrees and had a burning electrical smell. I got on the phone and called Mid State and i told them that basically I wanted someone to come out and give me an estimate on a new unit. Shannon came out and provided us with several options. He wanted to make sure that we knew that he could send someone out to try and fix the old unit if we wanted. At this point I had had several repairs on the unit before and was ready to pull the trigger. The next day two installers showed up and got us back up and running with a new unit. While they were here they also addressed some major installation issues we had from the previous install. This is the first time in 16 years that we have owned our home that it is being cooled properly. A few days after the installation I was completed my wife and I noticed that they offered a Military discount. For some reason the topic never came up during negotiations. My wife called Shannon and left a message to see if there was any way to get credit for the discount since she had served in the Navy. I called him back the next day and they had already cut a check and mailed it. When it arrived I couldn't believe it. These guys do a fantastic job and are great people to work with. This was the best purchasing decision I have made in a long time. I am very thankful to have cool house for the summer.

After meeting with other contractors Mid-State just felt like the right way to go and I am glad I chose to use them. They where very professional and did an excellent job. Chris was excellent and made sure I understood everything. The installer was great. He told me he was not happy with the way the pad looked and would be back to make it look really nice. He came back and everything looks nice and is working great. Great company and I would highly recommended them.

Chris Culbert was very professional and thorough on checking my current system and explaining the options for upgrading. Once I decided on the new system, the installers were there the next morning, were very courteous and got the old system removed and new installed in a very short amount of time. With the warranty and the one year maintenance I think it was worth the money I spent with Mid State.
