For over ten plus years I have been relying on Griffin Mechanical with my heating and air needs. As a single woman, it is hard to find honest and reliable service for home repairs and maintenance. Griffin Mechanical is one of the most honest and reliable hearting and air service providers around. I highly recommend them for all of your heating and air needs. You will not be disappointed!

Update to my earlier review. Had an issue in late Oct. 2018 with one of my units. I called and they were there to diagnose the problem within a few hours. Ordered the part and came back to put it in when they said they would. Any time they have given me a specific time that they would be there they have always been on time and treated me fairly. James is the service tech that I usually deal with and he as always been great. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I have been a customer of Griffin Mechanical for about 4 years now. They have always treated me fairly, promptly and courteously. I had an issue with one of my heating and air units 4 years ago and after they fixed my unit I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan. They call and schedule an appt. in the Spring and Fall for a check-up and cleaning of my units. They have always been on time and I've not had any issues since starting the program.

The people at Griffin Mechanical are very courteous and professional. They did a great install on a new unit for me, and a couple months later when I had a problem. They had it fixed within 3 hours of my call. Highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
