Robbie To the Rescue Plumbing Services

Needed help with our septic tank late after work one day. So we called Robbie to the rescue. Worse mistake ever they left the lid open all night till the next day. Once the truck showed up the next day they didn't introduce them selves or anything. They kept backing their truck up after we told them we had pipe in the ground don't run over it. Then to top it all off they only pumped half the tank but charged us a ridiculous amount. When we called to tell them that we found out they only did half the tank they spoke to us as if we had no clue of what we was talking about. Refused to make it right. We will never use Robbie to the rescue again nor would we ever recommend them to anyone. Have already told many how horrible they are. Just to get the reply of how the either already know or have heard plenty of bad things about them. Not a good company at all.

This company installed bathrooms for us and did not install them correctly. These bathrooms were supposed to be ADA compliant and he was informed from the time they gave the estimate. He then put them in to close to the wall by alot and wanted more money than he bid for the job. He never fixed the issue and continues to want even more money. He also threatened my property and me. I filled a trespassing on him and his company. Poor way to run a business. I would avoid this company.
