Mr. Rooter plumber came well ahead of the promised time. The plumber was professional and knowledgeable. Explained the drainage problems, options to resolve the issues, and then carried out the work in a timely manner. The work was done well. We also enjoyed meeting the plumber. We will request the same Mr. Rooter plumber in the future.

We have been a client of Mr Rooter for several years. They have always quick to respond and get an appointment set up. Mr Rooter sends an email introducing the Tech that will be servicing our home, prior to the tech's arrival. Their techs have all been friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and efficient. We have never had an issue with one of the techs or their work. We highly recommend Mr Rooter

They were not my first choice they were our third call that evening to a plumber. Our normal plumber could not come out until the next day - too late for us. This was an emergency call as water was leaking under our kitchen island. The tech called and came after 8pm and had the issue taken care of, vacuumed the affected area and offered actually useful advice for how to proceed with residual clean up. Top marks mate. Top marks. Even though they were third on the call list they were first place in stellar service , communication and quality. You don’t here this often when you pay for repairs that are needed but not wanted so here it is. Thanks for what you did and do daily.

I had great service from Luke and his coworkers, and I feel very confident in their work. Luke kept me updated and showed me all the problems and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. It was quite a project, and I paid a fair price for all their work. I am pleased and would use them again.

Did a great job..prices a little high..workers were good to work with and had the swimming pool line cleared in about 30 minutes. They did give me some helpful hints regarding my pool.
