Roto-Rooter

We called for a estimate the woman says ok ill have a guy call u .. He did and says i will be there at 1230 didnt show up until 2 oclock then the guy gets mad because we didnt hand him cash right then and there when he was charging us 400 dollars to run a 25 foot snake thru our line. Said it wouldnt take more the 1 hour . . called and was reporting the rudeness to the company . but my husband (while im on the phone with the company )recieves another call wanting money !!! So after i get off the phone and i see that he is now being harassed by them i called the main office back tand as soon as i said my name i got hung up on i will be reporting this business to better business bureau and will be publicly posting and reporting this business.

Our septic tank was overflowing even after having it pumped and thought we would be needing the field replaced. Called Roto Rooter and they recommended that we try their Hydro jet. Frank came out the next day and in less than an hour had cleared the line. Very impressed and thankful. Frank was absolutely great! I would highly recommend him.
