Reuben Clayton did a great job in repairing my very old dryer. He was very knowledgeable about my equipment even though I think my dryer was older than he. He had a great personality and a willingness to serve!!! He has been the best technician that I have had(and I have had many who have helped me in more than 8 years with Greenway. ) Reuben is worthy of this review. Thanks.

I recently had a/c issues. I called Greenway. I had used them in 2017 as a recommendation from my daughter. The customer service people were pleasant and prompt. They told me my technician, Henry Franklin, had 2 calls in front of me then called to say I was his next customer, then he called to say he would be at my home in 30 minutes. I appreciate being kept in the "loop" . Most appreciated. Henry was very professional, respectful and helpful. He told me what was needed before he proceeded. Clean. Bryan had to also come out and was just the same. I appreciate both technicians and the work they preformed. I am very pleased with the customer service, technicians and Greenway. I will recommend them and use them in future.

I experienced an AC leak in my home and after contacting my home warranty company, was contacted by Greenway Home Services. Within a short time frame, a team member, Fabian, arrived at my home to repair my AC unit. Not only was he pleasant, but he was also very open to my questions regarding the repair. And he thoroughly cleaned my AC piping, as well as vacuumed the area around my AC unit. If I need service moving forward, I will definitely request Fabian - excellent customer service!

Hunter B.was our technician that was assigned to fix our Dishwasher. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem quickly and explained to us the next step to fix it. It so happens that we need a part. He explained to us the time frame for getting the part and gave us an estimated date when he would be back to install it. We enjoyed his visit very much. We will gladly recommend him and Greenway to our friends who need your services.

My technician hunter b has been very kind hearted and helpful. He Knows his job extremely well and a very pleasant soul to be around. Greenway should feel very lucky to have such a fantastic young man as a technician. He treated me like he was apart of the family. I couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service he provided.
