UPDATE: After having them referred by a framer that did professional work. I called again to get a quote on the top out and finish. Brandon did call back in a timely manner (the following day) and scheduled a meeting to update the quote. Thank you Brandon. Previous: Never spoke with Brandon that quoted our job. Took over a week to get the quote back for a small job. They had their receptionist call to ask questions not the person quoting the job. I asked numerous time for him to call me and he did not. If it is that hard for me to talk with them before the job, what happens when I have an issue?
