We had an issue with our air conditioner not cooling and having leaks. A technician, Brian, came out and was very thorough. He took the time to explain the problem and WHERE THE LEAK was coming from. I actually ended up scheduling a consult with the sales department all because of Brian’s visit and the questions he answered for me. Will came out the next day. I was not going to talk to sales until Saturday but due to new ongoing issues could not wait. Will was very honest and upfront with cost. He was also very knowledgeable. I ended up replacing my entire system. Will made the process painless, even when looking at the total cost. James came out the next day to install. Both technicians were fast and very courteous!!! I was impressed with how fast they worked. I would HIGHLY recommend Hiller to my friends, family, or anyone!

We have been with Hiller for about 15 years and they have always been great with their services. The techs are great and we never had any issues with them. Jason just completed our regular air tune-up and he is a very pleasant young man and done a great job. Highly recommend Hiller to all.

The scheduler, Lara, was very helpful when I called for an appointment. She had email information to me within a few minutes of the call. Today, Brian and Jason were great. They were careful to cover shoes and courteous and knowledgeable. My unit is in a new home for me, so I was anxious to know if it was in good order. The news was good and I was able to sign on for regular checks in the the next year. I like the text system that let me know when when the technicians were on their way, too. Thanks for such a positive first impression Hiller!

This is my first time using Hiller Plumbing and it was a great experience. The process of scheduling was easy, they were able to fit me in right away and they did a very professional and neat job replacing my hot water tank. I recommend them. Also, part of the dispatch process that I liked, I received a text message telling me when the tech was arriving along with a picture of the technician that would be knocking on my door. Nice safety measure.

Jason did a good job at making sure everything was checked and didn’t try to sell me on anything crazy. He was quick, made some suggestions, and let me get back to work!! Would definitely recommend. ????????
