Very pleased that they kept to the appointment unlike most other companies. Arrived in a very timely manner and completed the job very quickly. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because I thought the price was a little high for a clogged ac drain. But it was understandable due to the location of the drain and again they kept to their schedule and completed the job satisfactorily. I would recommend them especially for emergencies.
Our AC went out during a heat wave and a technician was promptly at our home first thing the following am. We received a text with a picture of the technician that was on the way. Within a couple of hours of his arrival our unit was working and we felt the cost was very reasonable. Would definitely use them again and recommend their services!
Had an air conditioning service call first, Jonathan was great, my unit was 30 years old and needed to be replaced but he patched things up enough so that I had cooling until the new unit could be install. Also, had a ceiling fan installed, Keith did a great job and a garbage disposal installed and Mike also did a great job. Josh and Jeremiah installed a new HVAC unit the next day and were great. All the service personnel from Hiller have been on time, professional and personable. They have all shown great concern to make sure they kept the floors from being harmed and they cleaned up the area after the work was done. They also allowed me to ask questions and to make sure I was happy with the work performed. Hiller may not be the cheapest, but they are worth the cost!
Our Hiller Associate Mike Krotzer that responded to our home was most helpful and courteous. Even though he could not resolve our issue he was able to pen point it and advise us in the direction we would need to go. It was not a plumbing issue but a malfunctioning “Well”. Thank you Hiller for your prompt response to our call. I would and will recommend your services to others.
I can’t say enough about this company. From the very beginning all the way to the end. Top of the line service and they really take pride in their work. If I could give 6 stars I would!! Thank you to everybody at Hiller. I will definitely use them again.
