Not sure what all the fuss is about but my experience was extremely pleasant. I am ecstatic about the service I received.

I had to give a 1 star because it wouldn't let me give zero. Worst service EVER did not check anything out just glanced in my bathroom than wrote out a 850.00 Bill for how much it would cost to fix something he did not check! They will gladly take your 49 dollars for doing nothing at all.

Could have gotten 2 stars since they did fix the problem but poor customer service. Actually, terrible customer service. My hot water heater had calcium build up all in the bottom (which is a common problem in middle tn due to poor water) and he managed to explode the build up all over my garage, car, and my belongings. It ruined a few pairs of shoes and boots but I did not notice the shoes were ruined until after they left. Unable to get money back for the damages. On top of that he didn't clean any of it up or even say he was sorry for doing it. He wanted to act like it was my problem because he was trying to fix the water heater without moving it. Terrible customer experience!

Nice guys. Just be sure to get a total quote before hiring, VERY PRICEY.
