We had a great experience with A-1 and would highly recommend. We have used other plumbers in the past and had bad experiences and after calling around, we saved a lot if money by going with Tony so decided we would give him a try. He will be the plumber we use in the future for our personal use and even in our business when needed. Carl & Patricia Miracle

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. He did not show up a SINGLE time. NO text and NO call, and when I texted him to ask where he was all he did was give me excuse after excuse. I have had no hot water for over 2 weeks now because he gives me a time and does not show up! Very unprofessional, especially when I, as the customer, have to call after not hearing from him in hours after he was supposed to be on the job. He told me he would be here 4 different times (yes, he has had to reschedule that many times due to his excuses) and hasnt shown up once. A waste of time and effort. As a matter of fact, I'm STILL waiting for him to notify me that hes not coming since he didn't even show up yesterday (and I received no message saying he couldn't make it). He should never have called his company A1.

Terrible, scheduled and rescheduled for over two weeks with a no show. Gave lazy excuses for why he wouldn't show up and would not call to say he wouldn't make it. My water heater's been screwed up for weeks now and I trusted A1 to replace it... they did not. Do not use this service of you want reliable hell, honestly pathetic attempt too help me, will not use!!!

Terrible experience. Did not show up for any appointment times. Never even started the job. Horrible!!! Will not use it recommend.
