Jones Septic Service

We have had some septic issues over the past couple of weeks. Jones had to come out twice, but both times they arrived early, completed the work quickly and the price was extremely reasonable (less than their phone quote). Second trip was due to a clog - for which we paid a simple $25 service fee. Cannot recommend this local company enough. Great guys who are willing to work with you - understand your situation and arrive EARLY - you can't ask for more. Totally restores your faith in humanity.

I'm late in writing a review but they were great. Called them in the evening and they were here first thing the next morning in the pouring rain. Very nice, professional and reasonable. We would use them again if needed and would definitely refer them. Great Company!

Called them and they came out quickly and reasonably priced. They even had to dig through a bunch of roots (I shouldn't have waited so long). Will use them again and recommend them to everyone I know!

I called and they picked-up right away. I was initially told that they probably couldn't get to me today but could the next, but they called within a few minutes to tell me that they could be over right away since someone just cancelled (thanks, whoever you are!). They came over and did the job and didn't leave a mess or anything behind. Friendly guys and it's nice to be able to support local businesses. Already have them scheduled for a few years down the road. Who knew that cleaning doo could be so pleasant?????

They came out quickly, was reasonably priced, and friendly. I would definitely recommend.
