Very professional and helpful! After the inspection, the technician and I talked in length about the best automated thermostat for heat pumps. He gave me his professional opinion without trying to sell me on any one brand. I really appreciated his patience ????????

This company is a great place to work. I would tell anyone looking for a job this is the place to work it's a big company with a small company feel. Everyone here is friendly and always happy to help you any way they can. I couldn't ask for any better bunch of Co workers or supervisors than the ones I work with now. I have heard about companies like this but this is the first one I have ever worked for that truly treats you like family. Excellent place to work!!

Tell me why I spent 4K on a water softener and a reverse osmosis system to have them both not work. So I woke up today to water coming out of my garage. Opened it and my water softener has been leaking all night. This is two days old!!!!! Not to mention my drinking system came damaged. Then they say it’s going to be some days before they get the part in to fix it. I would not choose lee company for your needs, the quality you get isn’t worth the price they charge.

Our technician told me everything is great with our system just needed some maintenance work, which was a relief when the day prior I had been told our whole system needed replaced. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because the technician did repair work on my unit and didn’t talk with me about it prior and when he came to update me on my unit I was informed I’d be paying 70 more dollars than I had anticipated because he had flipped our breaker switch on.

Kevin came out and went through my HVAC challenges. Calls, texts, and emails (communication) was great. The installers Matt and Jonathan where great. When a challenge came up or I/we needed to make a change on the spot, from the original plan, they where patient, helpful, and overcame the challenge. Thanks you guys.
