Clay was amazing! He was extremely professional and polite. He diagnosed the problem and had all the equipment to fix my unit right away. He didn't try to push us to get repairs that didn't make sense due to the age of our air conditioner. He even tolerated my little dog who was very interested with what he was doing. James Booth was a huge help! He showed up in a timely manner when our AC went out in the middle of the summer. He was not faded by my two giant breed dogs and was so kind and professional. He solved the problem within minutes and also identified an unknown issue that will save us a ton of time and headache in the future. I would highly recommend!
Jeff came out last Wednesday, and spoke to us about a new 3.5 tone unit. He was able to beat a quote from another company, and had the team out at 0830 the next morning. By 1130 we were all set with a new Trane unit. I. Speaking with the tech, I asked him what it was like working for Total Group. He said he'd been with them for 8 years and it was an awesome company to work for. He said it was a big family, and they really looked after their employees. It goes to show that if you look after your employees, and treat them well, those employees will look after the customers.....great job, I and heartily recommend these folks.
James Booth came by to take a look at our unit. He was very professional and great to talk with. He took pictures of everything and made sure we fully understood what was going on with our system. I just want to mention the outstanding services of James Booth. I had my semi annual service on my unit. This gentleman takes his time to make sure the units are in good working order. His customer service skills are impeccable and his business model is to work on the equipment as it were his own. I feel he has the customers best interest in mind.
