Way over priced. They came out to change a washer in my hose and charged me $125. They didn't even fix the problem. When I called back they said they would come out and take care of it, but they never did. Then they keep dodging my phone calls. Would never recommend them. They think you are the government and can pay more and get less.
Took a moment to troubleshoot a simple issue over the phone. Saved both of us time and/or money. Not many companies would take a quick minute to help with something like this. Very friendly and accessible.
We have had Dixon Plumbing out for a few emergency situations and they have always been able to take cares of the problem quickly and efficiently. They are polite, explain what the problem is and fix it. I highly recommend them and their services!
