I contacted Mr. Hopkins to ask about encapsulating my crawlspace. I had been working on it for quite some time and had grown tired of working on it. With the heavy rain l was still getting a lot of water seeping in below the foundation blocks of my house. Mr. Hopkins offered a tailored solution that would add to the work I had done so far instead of refusing to work on it unless they took out so of the existing plastic and insulation. I ended up with a sump pump that drained out about 10 ft from the foundation, a dehumidifier and a humidistat that could be set to reflect the humidity inside the house or under the house. I had mine set to show the humidity under the house and it keeps the humidity at about plus it minus 5 percent of what I've got it set at. The four fans he added circulate the air so the dehumidifier can work efficiently. The price won't be the cheapest in town but it will be competitive and the solution tailored for your needs. I'm highly satisfied with the job he did and only wish I had found him a couple years ago! I hope my neighbors will contact Hopkins because our whole block has drainage problems... except me!

We've finally found a reliable, honest remodeling company that does what they say!!! Great job on finishing up our master bedroom. I have lots of hope we can finish several more projects this year. ????

Scott did an outstanding job in remodeling our home, removed a load bearing wall and replaced the gable siding.
