We have a home warranty and the local plumbers weren't able to get out to fix our hot water heater in a timely manner. Glenn was amazing and worked with our warranty people for authorization in a courteous and professional manner. Glenn came to the house at 0630 to ensure that we had hot water today and he was also very professional, clean, and kind. The work appeared to be done with attention to detail, accuracy, and pride. Knowledgeable, honest, Can-do attitude, in one word Terrific. Glenn came to install a new gas Line for the gas range. He first came to inspect and gave us an estimate. He took his time to look at all feasible scenarios, and discuss with us the most appropriate one. Due to delay from Home depot, Some materials didn't arrived at the same day as was our waterline installation, but with Martin, he didn't mind coming by the next day and have the Sewer installed, ran the line through check everything is functional and working as per our satisfaction. I have hired few contractors before but now I got the one I am going to stick with. I do recommend him...

After a few weeks we noticed a puddle surrounding the same spigot we had just had repaired!  We called again and explained the situation, master plumbing of tennessee dispatched someone at their earliest appointment available.   When they came back they spent 2 hours searching for the issue, digging up the dirt around the pipe, patching the pipe, and reburying it.  After the two hours of work, they didn't charge us!  We will definitely recommend them, they stand by their work and are quick to respond!

We developed sudden backup of drain and toilet in downstairs bathroom. GLENN IS AMAZING AND SAVED US BIG MONEY!! This company really cares about its customers and goes above and beyond to fix your problem without pushing sales. I called them at 5PM because the cold water in our shower stopped working. Glenn came over 45 minutes later and told us what the problem was and said that it was an easy fix that we could do ourselves. My husband ended up doing what he said and the shower is stronger and like new now! And to top it off, I tried to give Glenn a tip for coming out so fast and saving us money but he didn't accept it! Really shows how great they are! If I could give this company infinite stars I would!
