I thought I needed my tank pumped being as it was totally full, I called Mr. Beatty and he came out the next day. He took one look at the tank and informed me that I had a leach line problem and told me that if he pumped the tank that it would be full again in a week. He even help me get in contact with the right people to get the repairs done. He could have just pumped it, took my money and ran (like the company from Crossville did 2 years earlier). He doesn't do business that way. A rare man nowadays that is honest and actually has the customer in mind first. If you need septic work, don't look any further.
