I didn’t give it 1 star because they did respond to my call very quickly and were at my house the next day but I had an upstairs sink that needed some plumbing work. The guy came out and gave me an estimate of $1200! He made it seem like it was going to be an extremely difficult job, so difficult he was going to have to bring extra help. There was no way I was going to pay $1200 for this fix so me and a buddy, neither of us plumbers, fixed this job in a day and less than $100. Makes me sick for the people who would have paid them this money.

Service was next day for a nonemergency repair. Tech did a great job in a professional manner.

Just got done having Mark deal with a leaky toilet this morning. Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable in his craft. Made quick work out of a mess of a job. Cleaned up after himself when finished also. Cost of work was very fair. Highly recommend.
