I am very happy with the emergency service I received for a leak that was coming through my living room ceiling. Bill was very quick to respond for setting up service and to get my information so a service technician could be set up. Chris Ford, the service technician sent, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The work was done efficiently and was well explained to me. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

My master bath shower literally blew up yesterday morning. Shower head fell apart, water gushing out of the shower control. I have company coming this weekend and planned to give them the master. I called Steve Huff when I got to work. I told the customer service person about my challenge. She offered to get someone there that day but t I have some critical stuff going on at work and couldn’t leave. I told her that If she could send Chris was totally fine with him being at the house without me. He knows the layout, my dogs and I completely trust him and his work. He got here early afternoon, assessed the situation and gave me options. He remembered that I am planning to fully renovate that bathroom next year and fixed the existing plumbing for a reasonable price to get me through until then. I so appreciate this company!

These guys did a great job. I got an answer on the phone when I first called they worked me into their schedule quickly. They got the job done in a timely manner were polite and they even cleaned my sink when they were finished. Very happy with this business and will call them again in the future.

We’ve used Steve Huff Plumbing several times and have been very satisfied with their work. Wade was the technician who came to our home today. He called before he came, arrived as promised, assessed situation, explained repair options and the price before beginning the work. We thought we had a plumbing leak, but after Wade thoroughly checked all plumbing lines around the water issue, he found it was actually a heating and air repair that was needed. Wade and all the technicians we’ve had come to our home from Steve Huff have been very personable and mannerly. They also leave a clean work area.
