Ron and Billy impressed me from the very start. Straight forward pricing and prompt completion of the work I needed. The very next day, I experienced yet another plumbing problem, (unrelated), and I did not hesitate to call Tommie's again. Once again, Ron responded promptly and professionally and had me up and going in no time flat. They have my business going forward without question.
So grateful that Tommie and his crew could not only verify my plumbing problem, but were willing to put in the hard work to fix it. They replaced our main sewer line, it was a big job and we are so happy it is finally complete. We had a few plumbers give us estimates, but not follow through, or worse not call back. So glad to have found some honest hard working plumbers in Greeneville, seems they are few and far between. Thank you.

Called to get an estimate to fix an outside water spicket. Tommy came out and said 600 would have to bring a backhoe to dig up. I may be a woman but I am not stupid. I got another estimate from another place and was 250 no backhoe needed. When I called Tommie to tell him I would not be needing his services he got rude with me. He said I wasted his time. I didn't waste his time I paid him a service call for his time. I just was not going to pay that much more. The other company didn't charge me a service call because I had been treated so bad by Tommie. I have been a business woman for years and if anyone acted like that in the company I work for they would be fired. I guess he thinks he can do whatever since he is the owner.
Travis with Tommie’s Plumbing was very professional and did an awesome job for us. I do believe the prices for small plumbing jobs such as ours have gone through the roof, but it is nice to have the piece of mind that they stand by their work.
