We had a water heater burst, at work, just as we were starting to see patients. We called these guys and it seemed like 5 minutes and they were there. They checked out the problem and went for parts. They were back in no time, fixed the problem, and were on their way. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I'd choose them again and again.

I bought a used 50 gallon electric water heater from Karl that he advertised on Letgo and it was as he said. Took it home rinsed it out as he advised, hooked it up and started heating water with no leaks. If you just can't afford a new 400.00 water heater I suggest you call him and see if he has one. You won't be sorry.

My wife called these guys to come by to take a look at moving a toilet drain an inch or so and a couple of water lines to accomodate a new toilet and pedestal sink that we were installing. After explaining what we wanted and needed, they said they had no problems taking care of our issues and I told them to go ahead. This was my biggest mistake by not asking for an estimate! They left for a few minutes, I assume to get some supplies needed for the job, returned, then proceeded to work. Barely 2 hours went by when the job was completed. They moved my toilet drain an inch or so, added a flange and a couple of pieces of pvc pipe below, moved the 2 water lines an inch or so, added a couple of shut off valves, another piece or two of pvc pipe, and swept up their mess in the basement. The charge was a jaw dropping $545.00! For a couple of hours work and a few small parts? I paid with a credit card and the only receipt I got was a simple charge receipt. No itemized receipt showing the cost for anything! I have tried repeatedly to get him to give me a detailed receipt showing me why I was charged what I was charged and he can only tell me that he has been doing this for 15 years and that he is sorry that it is such an inconvenience for me! I don't have a clue what his labor charges are, what the parts cost, or how much sales tax I paid! The work they performed was satisfactory. I have no issues with that. I just can't help but wonder why he is so resistant to giving me an itemized receipt listing all the charges. What do you think?
