This is by far the best business I have ever dealt with! Their customer service is above top notch and they go above and beyond to provide the service that you are paying for. I didn't realize they were still collecting trash on a certain holiday so I didn't take my trash can to the curb. I realized later that the gentleman came all the way up to get it by the garage and then put it back too! I cannot recommend them enough!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They are incredibly RUDE to you when you don't understand something and not willing to work with you when they screw up! They only care about getting your money and aren't looking out for your best interest. Recommend calling RotoRooter, they are AWESOME at taking care of you!!!
