On Friday Porter and Daniel came out to do my plumbing inspection. They were very thorough and discovered all the issues I knew about plus another I didn't know about. Everything was clearly explained and I was given an estimate. I gave them the okay to proceed and do the work while they were here. They promptly got underway and did everything professionally, neatly, and promptly. It was very refreshing to see quality workmanship and behavior which is hard to find these days. They care about what they do and how they do it. They were very professional, polite, friendly, and are an asset to the Hiller Team. Keep up the good work.

Brandon was very knowledgeable and courteous. He reassured me that the leak I was observing was on the city side of my meter, but also wrote a detailed estimate in case the city made a different diagnosis. He reviewed in detail with me possible costs of repair and discussed the different ways Hiller could help me most efficiently if needed. The city came out and did indeed confirm it was a city line issue, so I'm thankful, but the service call was money well spent. Thank you Brandon.

Michael Dial and Jesus were great. Extremely professional and thorough. They explained what was wrong and walked me through how it happens. He tried to make me be an adult and get a service plan but I fought the power. I also appreciate them sending a photo of the technician for security purposes. It is clear that Hiller has high standards for their services and workers. 10/10 will use in the future.

Gary was so informative and professional. It was a pleasure talking with him about my options and potential deals for signing up with the plan rather than just the one time service. This is the second time I’ve used Hiller, once on my rental property and now on the place I’m living at, and their workers have always been upfront and honest about work that they can do (that’s included with the price listed) and what can be done (optional) to improve the quality of my HVAC units. I highly recommend them to anyone!
