I will forever use JL Plumbing! JR is professional, efficient, patient, and knowledgeable. My bathroom remodel looks amazing- I couldnt be happier. Him and his crew are we’re so kind. He has been back several times for other unrelated repairs. I trust his work and would refer him to anyone.

JL came to my house in one hour from calling to bail me out of jam for a 5 minute job. Professional and found a customer for life.

JL lied to me over 30 times concerning coming to finish the job. He started it, collected money, did part of the rough in and never returned. He eventually got FIRED off this job. Further, Metro Nashville said he never pulled the permit for the lines outside the house. Another lie !! He told me he had and even gave me an fake permit number and I had to install the lines myself. He even lied further when he texted me to say the work be as approved when, according to Metro, they had never even been to the site. Another plumber finished the job and found a whole mess of stuff wrong with the work JL PLUMBING attempted to perform. Further.... he treated the neighbors across the street the same wayb and got fired from that job also. This all happened in 2016 and 2017. I wI'll never use them again... NEVER !!!

My water heater was on its last leg (rust and leaking) so I knew it was time for a new one. I did a bit of research and called many companies (got about 7 quotes). JL Plumbing was referred to me by a close friend who recently had all of the plumbing in his new house done by them. It was about 5pm when I talked with JR. I gave him a little bit of information about my existing system and he said he could come out at noon the next day and finish the install in a little over an hour. The price was fantastic and very competitive - he beat the price of another quote I received! The next day JR and one crew member came to my house, removed the old unit, and installed the new one in a little over an hour - exactly as discussed. JR is courteous, professional, and does exceptional work. I highly recommend JL Plumbing and will continue to use them for any future needs.
