Local shop that is usually available right away. Over the years, we've had a lot of work done by them. 2 times in last 8 years we have had questions regarding billing and they had agreed to adjust bill slightly. We have always paid them promptly. Last time we called for a small plumbing issue, was told by manager that they don't want to do work for us because of these billing adjustments. Since we have always paid promptly and only questioned billing when it seemed excessive we were surprised. small town plumbing shop with no real choice but them. Bottom line, if you don't mind paying them anything they want to bill then they will get the job done. Disagree with charges, and they will drop you.

Person in building very professional and helpful. Scheduled my appointment, called me when person was on his way. Person doing job in house was great. Even did an additional job and gave information about other plumbing problems. I will diffently call Town & Country when I have plumbing problems.
