I ended up needing a new HVAC system and I am so happy that I went with Copper Cottage. Everyone has been so friendly and knowledgeable. The install was completed yesterday and I was very impressed with the scope of work. I would definitely give them a call again!
Would give zero stars if I could. They serviced the AC in my apartment once and apparently did not fix the problem because now it stopped working again. Same problem two weeks later :) Hopefully they'll get it right the second time around but I'm not holding my breath.
The only positive thing I have to say about copper cottage is they are prompt to visit the first time. But it didn't really matter to me since it took three visits to diagnose and fix the problem. They are also not good at communicating. The technician said he would get the part from the supplier and be back on Thursday to fix it. No one called and he didn't show up on Thursday. When *I* called *them* to file a complaint I was told it wasn't guaranteed to be there. Very poor customer service.
