Sir Flush-A Lot

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and called Sir Flush-A Lot. The tech who came said the reverse osmosis faucet was not the right one so he left to go get one. That was news to me since it had been a faithful faucet for 7 years. I told him I had purchased it at Lowe's. He came back and said he had gone to several plumbing supply stores and they did not have the right faucet. One would have to be ordered. Fast forward 3 weeks. Was not updated in the three weeks once on the status of the faucet order. I called multiple times and was told the faucet was on back order each time and it had not come in yet. Meanwhile the leak under the sink continued intermittently. I kept thinking a simple reverse osmosis faucet could not be such a rarity. After so much time passed I lost my patience and called and demanded to speak to the owner. She said they had gotten the faucet in and had paid $65 to ship it (how does that make any sense?) and it was the wrong one! I told her I had gotten mine at Lowe's and it was at least 7 years old and it had worked perfectly the entire time. She told me to find it online and if I did to send her the link. I did within 5 minutes. They purchased the faucet and the owner came and installed it the next day. It works perfectly. This whole event was a comedy of errors. I have never seen such an inept and unresponsive plumbing company. The faucet was perfectly fine to begin with and the leak came from the fittings the first tech failed to replace. I was without a faucet for 3 weeks and forced to haul in purified water from the store for my CPAP machine and for drinking and cooking. I highly recommend you find another plumber.

We had a serious drain blockage (as it turned out, caused by our neighbors) on the weekend, and Michael came out at very short notice and worked for hours to clear the problem. What a fantastic service and on the weekend! Cannot recommend too highly.

Absolutely the best plumber in the area!!!! I got same day service, a fantastic friendly and informative plumber. The company is locally owned and not one of the overpriced advertised "experts". Don't call those guys...call Mike at Sir Flush A Lot!!!! The best part is his prices were more than fair..definitely a working guys friend. I would recommend these guys to anyone I know!!!!! If I could, they would get 8 stars!!!
