They were fast, efficient and professional. We used them 6 months ago for the replacement of a hot water heater. They were reasonably priced and held to the estimate. They did a great job. This time we had leaking toilet and they were quick to respond and did a great job.

JMJ is hands down the most unprofessional and shadiest business I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Their response time is awful and when you call them to come out the man that answers the phone is extremely extremely rude and unhelpful. Not to mention they told me my hot water heater was broken and it in fact was fixed three days later by another plumber. To top it off they then sent code enforcement out to try to get me on a violation but of course were unsuccessful. They are horrible dishonest crooks and I would not trust them!

Came to my house and did an excellent job on my sink. They showed up on time and were very friendly. Prices are reasonable. Had it fixed in no time. Highly recommended!

I really wanted to give these guys five stars, and intended to while the work was being done because they actually did good work and were super fast about it. But when it came time to pay I was unable to get a hold of my landlord over the phone and it took continuous phone calls to do so. I told them that payment was pre arranged and it was just a matter of getting a hold of them, but they refused to leave the house. I'm by myself and felt very harassed. Then the owner of the company called me and when I explained that I was still trying to contact someone He spoke to me less than professionally. I work for myself in a service industry too. I understand how it feels to worry about not getting paid, but you can't treat every customer like they're going to rip you off, especially when they are in the process of trying to pay you. They wouldn't allow a simple call back, which would have made life easier for everyone. In the end it took an hour to reach my land lord., and they got paid. Now they say they may charge an extra 25.00 for making them wait, which I never asked them to do in the first place and was a serious imposition. JMJ could have just let us call them back without being creepy about it.
