James Plumbing Company

We needed a plumber because I have no trust in my ability to sweat a pipe and I knew the solution to our issue was way above my level of expertise. This was not an emergency issue so when the scheduler gave us an appointment for the following day, we were very pleased. Harry, the master plumber, came to the house and saw what needed to be done. He had the new pipe soldered, he braced it (something the builder had not done) and installed the fixture. Everything was done in an hour. The scheduler had great communication with us and the price was very reasonable. James Plumbing has earned our future business and while we hope we do not need plumbing work, we know we can depend on them to do the job right.

Frank & Matt showed up exactly on time and did a wonderful job. They repaired an issue with the cabinet prior to setting a new sink. I am very satisfied and would recommend them to others.

Loved our service from Harry the technician...he was excellent! You won't find a more reasonable plumbing company. They are dependable, do it right the first time and on time. I had to have something repaired that another plumber had come in and done and charged me a fortune and plumbed it wrong. Thanks James Plumbing for doing it right and your honesty! So thankful for this honest and trustworthy plumber! Having a second home and not living in the area, I didnt know who to trust. James and his crew spent several days trying to figure out what was happening with my crazy plumbing. He took the time to explain the problem to this single woman and then the solution. They finished the job quickly and cleaned up any mess made. And the bill was also a pleasant surprise. Have used them twice and each time, they have been fast, efficient and reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Called James Plumbing with shower handle problem. The receptionist was courteous and helpful. Frank came out and determined the problem. Needed a part that was not on the truck so came back next day, fixed handle and replaced shower head. Frank was knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job. Cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.
